Tom and Robin Gilles
Tom and Robin began their investing career in 1992 with a duplex. They found DIG in 1996 and spent the 1st year absorbing everything they could. By the end of that 1st year, they both knew they were landlords. The first opportunity that came up was a triplex in Lansdale and they took it. Tom and Robin repeated the same process over and over buying properties to add to their portfolio. Currently they own 120 units. They are using 2 different property management companies to handle all the units.
Until covid hit they both enjoyed the quest of finding new multifamily properties to renovate and are looking forward to getting back to the search when things return to normal. Tom and Robin are always looking for new multifamily properties to better serve the needs of their residents.
