We are the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group, but our members and friends call us DIG. We serve people who work as either full-time or part-time investors, beginning investors, real estate brokers and agents, attorneys, accountants, property managers, renovation specialists, appraisers, bankers, and people who want to enjoy the many benefits of real estate investing. We give real estate entrepreneurs the tools to gain practical knowledge of real estate investment and management through education, discussion, and networking.
We are a not-for-profit organization that’s been around since 1978. In fact, our real estate investment group is the second oldest REIA in the National Real Estate Investors Association (NREIA), which is made up of 40,000 members.
When we’re not searching for the next real estate investment deal, flip, or rental, we’re networking in monthly gatherings and sharing our success stories with our members and future members who first meet us as guests.
Our long track record as a real estate investment group means we know a lot and we’re serious about real estate investing.
We are governed by a Board of Directors.

Board of Directors
I have been investing in Real Estate since 2003 when I accidentally bought my first investment property. When it sold for more than my annual salary at my job with the family business, I was hooked. I joined DIG in 2006 by taking the DIG University 101 courses. Immediately thereafter I started volunteering and networking to learn everything about the investing lifestyle. Over the years I have taken part in almost all aspects of investing such as new construction, contracting, rehabbing, flipping, landlording, multi-unit conversion, sales, and property inspections. Currently, I am working full time in real estate through sales as a realtor, landlord, and property inspector. The flexibility of not having a real job in my life has given me the time to take care of my family and grow a future that will take care of them for years to come. I am looking forward to being the President of DIG and sharing my knowledge with you.
