Let’s hear all those Good News stories.
We want to hear about the positive affects of investors taking beat up neighborhood eye sores and turning them into castles. Or how investors are making things happen, getting creative, greasing the wheels of the economy even though banks aren’t lending.
Whether it occurred today, yesterday, last week, last month, last year, or whenever, DIG wants to hear about those successes! The positives that the members have done. Send those stories about successful rehabs of the worst house in a neighborhood, about an abandoned foreclosure that you turned into the best house on the street, or about that family which was going into foreclosure that you helped get a short sale done and helped to move past their current problems. And what about the family which had trouble getting credit for a house which you put into a lease option so they could build a life. Anything you have done which you think might be a positive story, share it with us. Pictures are worth a thousand words, if you have them (and you should for your portfolio for the next buyer) include pictures, and whatever else you want to include.
