We would like to welcome you to the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group, more commonly known as DIG. We are a Non Profit group that has been educating members since 1978. As the largest Real Estate investor education group in the Philadelphia/Tri-state area, we provide our members an unsurpassed education as well as the finest networking opportunities available. DIG’s goal is to educate and motivate real estate investors to achieve the success they desire. The group’s focus is promoting successful and ethical real Estate investing standards for both the experienced and novice investor. DIG is the proud recipient of numerous awards of excellence and is a member of The National Real Estate Investor Association.

MONTHLY MEETINGS:

DIG meetings are held the last Thursday of every month (with the exception of a Combined November and December meeting on the FIRST Thursday in December) at the Ft. Washington Holiday Inn, 432 Pennsylvania Ave, Ft. Washington, PA beginning at 6:30 PM with informal round group discussions, followed by an informative meeting reflecting the current real estate market trends. Click HERE to learn more!

RE 101 – Spring Classes

DIG has designed one day classes that will take you from kindergarten to college in real estate knowledge for a price so low you can’t afford not to attend! This real estate knowledge will be the foundation that will enable you to be more aggressive in buying, selling, rehabing, flipping and if you decide to hole, manage properties with confidence.
